No problem! We encourage restaurants and bars to inform their customers that they can always talk to the waitstaff, and that Papaya is for their convenience only if they want to use it. The web-app also includes a 'call' button so customers can call the waitstaff at any time if they have questions.
A digital menu is required for customers who would like to order using Papaya. However, you can also offer customers a physical menu for offline ordering with waitstaff.
Papaya usually takes 2-3 days to process and approve new F&B partners, and once approved, setup only takes a few hours.
No! Through the merchant portal, restaurants/bars choose if, when and how much they want to allow customers to redeem credits to boost their own business. We find it most effective to enable credit use during off-peak hours to fill empty tables but the decision is yours.
